Accessibility solutions have become a priority for many public buildings and neighborhood communities in recent years. The latter, in fact, are obliged since 2017 to carry out the necessary works to guarantee accessibility for people with reduced mobility, who must be able to use all common spaces (garages, gardens, rooms meeting room, swimming pool, etc.)
Despite the advances, it is still difficult to find buildings that do not have any architectural barriers. Steps at the entrance of the building, opening of doors, little passageway, elevator that does not go down to ground level, difference in level between floor and cabin… These are some of the most common obstacles that prevent us from enjoying universal accessibility.
